How to make polos curry🤤🤤🤤
polos curry is a favorite dish of almost all Sri Lankans. You can't finish the taste when you make it a little spicy with a good three or five. Our grandmothers made coconut fish in a nice black color🤤🤤🤤. It pleases not only the tongue but also the eyes. Here's how to make polos curry at home.
Required Materials
Small jack fruit
150ml of condensed coconut milk
Tablespoons of chili powder 1 tbsp
Teaspoons of yellow powder
Teaspoons of pepper01
Tablespoons of fried turmeric powder01
Ginger teaspoons01
Teaspoons of mustard seeds01
Teaspoons of garlic01
5 large red onions
Currant leaves (as required)
Raw chilli pods02
Rampe leaf
Salt to taste
way of making
* Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into squares
* Add a pinch of salt to a small amount of water, add the Polos pieces and bring to a boil
* Put a few pieces of gourd in boiling water, soak for 20 minutes, grind on a stone and make a paste.
*Finely chop the ginger and garlic pepper and add to the above gourd mixture.
*Put a little oil on the stove and add mustard seeds and salt when it explodes. Spoon and leave for a while.
* Add curry leaves, rumpe leaves and green chillies. Then add the gourd mixture we made above and stir for a minute.
* Add turmeric powder and fried turmeric powder.
* Add the boiled PolosPolos pieces to the above mixture with a little water. Spoon well for about 5 minutes.
* Add coconut milk and cook on low heat for about 20 minutes.
*Making Polos curry in a clay pot enhances the flavor. You can also keep it for about three days.🤗🤗🤗
